Warranty Information
Our hand-crafted planters and site furnishings come with a 5-year limited structural warranty and a 2-year warranty on powder coat finishes.
What is covered:
- The warranty covers defects in manufacturing of the product.
What is not covered:
- The warranty does not cover theft, misuse, abuse, modifications, improper storage, acts of nature, or normal wear and tear.
- Incidental or consequential damages, such as loss of use or property damage, are not covered.
Warranty Process:
- The manufacturer will repair or replace the product with an identical item if the warranty claim is approved.
- The manufacturer may choose to repair, replace, or issue a full refund for defective products.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Terms:
- Warranty is valid from the original date of purchase.
- Proof of purchase and the original invoice is required for all claims.
- Warranty is non-transferable.
