Shipping + Delivery 

All furniture is manufactured and shipped from our workshop in beautiful Victoria, BC, Canada. We pack and ship every product with great care and efficiency for the long journey ahead. Some pieces may require reassembly if noted.

LOCAL PICKUP AND LOCAL DELIVERY

• Local pickup is always free.

• Pickups should bring blankets, straps and a friend to help put the piece into your vehicle.

• Local delivery/setup can be provided by our FREEMAN FABRICATION crew or a trusted third party for low rates.

• Deliveries are made between 9am-4pm on weekdays, and will be scheduled once your piece is ready.

CURBSIDE DELIVERY (LONG DISTANCE)

• The appropriate means of Long Distance delivery will be established with client after purchase is made. A FREEMAN FABRICATION staff member will contact you with available shipping options that are unique to your specific order. A cost and delivery date will be determined at that time.

• Packaged in our workshop and delivered curbside to your address.

• You are responsible for the unpacking, discarding of packaging and moving the furniture to desired location without the assistance of the shipper. Some assembly may be required.

SHIPPING FYIs

Depending on your shipping choice; local pick up, local delivery, or curbside delivery; you will be personally contacted by a FREEMAN FABRICATION staff member to arrange pick up and/or delivery. Additional costs may apply at that time; particularly for curbside delivery options. We do our best to source out the most reliable and economical third party delivery providers for our clients on a case by case scenario as each piece and location demands a unique shipping service.
